Reed Community Care, established in 2007, aims to offer genuinely effective, professional and personalised support services to those who wish to stay in their own homes and communities.
Our services, skills and expertise are available to people of all ages and abilities. We facilitate independence and participation in community activities, enabling choices, encouraging decision making, respecting confidentiality, and maintaining dignity and self-esteem.
We provide personal, practical, social and emotional care and support services to adults, children and young people including:
- People with learning disabilities
- People with physical disabilities
- People with mental health problems
- People with sensory loss
- People with terminal illness
- People with complex health and care needs
We make every effort to match those who use our services to staff who are able to supply the right kind of support.
Our staff have a range of qualifications, skills and experience. They receive continued professional development through internal and external training programmes and are recruited and selected to high standards that meet compliance requirements. In addition, all staff are regularly supervised. Reed Community Care is part of Reed Specialist Recruitment and is a registered Care Quality Commission provider.
We have offices in Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Cambridge and London. Our services are available 365 days a year and are accessible through public and private funding.
