You will play a key part in transforming the lives of Young People to enable them to integrate into the community. Their needs will be identified by a comprehensive Pathway Plan to ensure that they are living in suitable accommodation, are engaged in work, training or education, and that they are not socially isolated. As a Personal Advisor you would have access to full mobile-working technology and have the continued support of management and team members.
In order for you to be successful in your application you are required to have knowledge of the issues that young people face. As well as this you will be aware of looked after children and associated child in need social work practice issues. You must have proven experience of multi-disciplinary working with young people as well as good communication skills including verbal, written and role modelling.
