An Opportunity has opened up for an Electrical Workshop Plant Maintenance Engineer to join their family run organisation. They supply plant and lifting solutions to the construction industry. The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out low voltage (12-240V) electrical maintenance on lifting equipment and glazing robots, whilst supporting process improvement and engineering project work. The company prides itself on investing in its staff, through structured training programs and personal development opportunities.
You will be responsible for the electrical maintenance and servicing of plant and lifting solutions machinery, working on electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems. You will be carrying out mostly electrical fault finding and servicing on plant machinery in the workshop.
Are you the ideal candidate?
• Do you have experience working in an electro/mechanical engineering environment?
• Are you qualified to NVQ L2 or equivalent in an electrical engineering discipline?
• Do you have a proven track record electrically, working with sensors, relays, contactors, safety switches, isolators, electrical and hydraulic diagrams?
