My client is looking for a Works Coordinator to join their growing and expanding team!

They are looking for someone with fantastic customer service and administration skills.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with overtime available, FREE onsite parking, 28 days holiday plus your bank holidays and a pension!

Your duties will include -

- Allocating tasks to engineers and booking appointments in
- Preparing of data for weekly and monthly reports
- Sending letters and correspondence out to customers
- Administrative duties
- Answering calls in a professional manner and ensuring SLA's are met

The ideal candidate will have fantastic customer service skills, be professional, have worked in a coordination role before and also have administration skills as well as -

Salary - £16K-£18K

- MS Proficient
- Energy industry/Servicing Knowledge would be an advantage
