Purpose of post

This role is operational within a busy and fast paced Warehouse environment, and will have responsibility for picking and packing products, assisting with goods in and out, and ensuring the product reaches the correct location in the Warehouse.

The successful candidates will have excellent customer service and ensure excellent standards of quality control processes in all aspects of the role.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Responsibility for picking and packing products, and ensuring the product reaches the correct location in the Warehouse
2. Assisting with goods in and out, checking deliveries for damage or missing items and liaising with the Warehouse Supervisors when needed
3. On occasion performing general warehouse administration functions to support the smooth-running of the department
4. Work cohesively within the Warehouse team to ensure consistent levels of excellent service
5. Unload and check warehouse deliveries
6. Put goods away in correct locations
7. Ability to load and unload vehicles safely and accurately
8. Any other duties as requested by the Warehouse management team that fit with the grade and remit of the role
