A leading recruitment company within the construction and power generation sector has a vacancy in the energy team within the Leeds city centre office. This well established company are currently looking for a vetting administrator to join them.

You will be working as part of a busy small team under the team leader and account managers.
Below are some of the duties and responsibilities as follows: (this is not an exhaustive list)


Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the vetting of candidates, and processing of CRB checks
• Referencing candidates by phone, email and post
• Providing advice to individuals on the clearance processes and resolving related issues by phone and e-mail.
• Keeping the database up to date at all times
• All associated administration duties, and supporting other members of the team and the team leader on a daily basis
• Visiting clients sites when needed to assist with large scale projects or interviews



Desirable Skills:
• Strong organisation and delivery skills
• Good communication skills on the phone, dealing with difficult phone calls and remaining
• Good Microsoft Office Skills, use of Outlook and other systems
• High levels of attention to detail
• A highly motivated and self-driving approach, whilst working as part of a small but expanding team offering support to colleagues.
• Ability to readily learn new systems, processes/ procedures.
• Integrity and a confidential approach to work due to the nature of the role
• Drive to offer extra flexibility to the team



The successful candidate will need to be a team player who can cope well under pressure and thrives in a busy environment with a self-driven approach. You must have the ability to balance work volume in a busy role whilst consistently maintaining strong attention to detail focusing on quality. There is progressions available within the company and they invest heavily in the employees.
