VALUATIONS COORDINATOR - CIRENCESTER - IMMEDIATE START! 

Our prestigious and well known client in Cirencester are looking for someone to join them on a temporary - permanent basis. 

You will join the Business Sale & Purchase team in Cirencester who are on hand to manage transactions and support Buyers and Sellers through the end to end process from valuing a business, arranging finance, agreeing contracts, completion to post-sale support.

Key Responsibilities:
• To lead and advise Partners and other key stakeholders through all elements of the BSP (Business, Sale & Purchase) Valuations process as efficiently and effectively as possible.
• To lead and advise in a manner that embeds confidence and assurance in Partners and key stakeholders in the process and outcomes achieved.

Key Accountabilities:

• Accountable for the processing of BSP Valuation requests received and ensure that Partners are fully aware of the process to be followed in all cases and how they will be kept informed of progress in each case
• Ensures each request is dealt with in accordance with valuations guidelines – tailored to each Partner’s needs
• Accountable for the first point resolution of all queries received either by email or phone in relation to BSP Valuations
• Ensures all valuations and queries are completed within standard SLAs
• Takes high degree of personal responsibility for learning and developing the needs of the job including the development of own technical knowledge and use of tools
• Ensures that personal coaching and mentoring needs are proactively raised and resolved with your Team Leader
• Takes personal responsibility and pride in the quality of all aspects of the job and plays a proactive role in the continuous improvement of all aspects of the job
• Seeks to support colleagues on challenges where own experience and knowledge suggests this will add value, particularly where Team Leader unavailable
• Ensures that learning is effectively fed back to Team Leader

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
• Evidence of minimum academic capability (Grade C and above GCSE Level – Maths and English)
• Strong commitment to learn
• Strong Excel skills
• Confident, good listener, thoughtful and analytical
• Can tailor communication appropriately to the audience
• Can explain facts clearly
• Team player, supportive
