The client is a firm of Chartered Surveyors who offer a multi-disciplinary practice, incorporating both Residential and Commercial work. A proven track record with long term clients.
The client is looking for a chartered Valuation Surveyor for residential works
To generate fee paying income for the Firm by undertaking a variety of professional valuation work. Able to undertake bank valuations, homebuyer surveys and building survey reports. This role provides an opportunity for the Surveyor to develop their skills, knowledge and experience in all areas of valuation and survey work. To work with a centralised services team To develop and maintain professional contacts throughout the Firm’s geographical area, developing and building business levels. To provide excellent customer service to both private and corporate clients ensuring that all deadlines are achieved.
The successful candidate will need to be a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer. They will need to have worked in the area they reside to show to panels that they have knowledge and experience in their geographical area.
You will need to have detailed knowledge of RICS rules and regulations. A Driving Licence is essential. The role is home based but is supported through a central service team and a network of Chartered Valuation Surveyors.
£40-£50K base salary per annum based on geographical base, skills, knowledge and experience, 10% commission on net billing (OTE £75- £85K as an uncapped monthly bonus scheme).
