Are you looking for a role with flexible working hours? A new exciting opportunity on a 6 month fixed term contract?

A role which could be part time or full time, depending on what suits you, in one of the world's leading research and teaching Universities based in the Heart of London in the busy and vibrant area of Holborn with good transport links including Trains, Tubes and Buses.

What will you be doing?

Coordinating the collection, monitoring and preparation of administrative, financial and statistical information
Working collaboratively to deliver a consistent Business Support service
Assist with data collection and financial reporting standards for internal frameworks regulatory requirements
Administer and maintain financial procedures including account journaling, invoice and claims processing, purchase order management and budget reconciliation
Coordinate the processing of staff overtime claims
Assist with the monitoring process for income and expenditure budgets.
Support the production of monthly and annual financial reports
Implement consistent records management processes to ensure fast, accurate and reliable access to documents.

Are/can you?

Degree educated.
Experience of working with large data sets, manipulating, interpreting and presenting statistical information to a range of audiences
Excellent analytical and administrative abilities with strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
