Our client based in the Basildon area are seeking a temporary to permanent Transport Administrator to start as soon as possible.

The hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Salary is negotiable.

The duties include but are not limited to:

Client liaison
Route planning and liaison
Hire system process. All work required on system to be to in house targets
Deliver required paper work to all staff
Place purchase orders and work within budgets
Processing transport works and enter for invoicing
Monitoring works real time progress, issues, needs and updating all proactively
Process Client orders, confirming delivery/collection/hire movements are matching to quotes
Maintain within hire programme fleet number records
Planning and working in the management of day to day operation
Planning and scheduling order of works and updating the system accordingly

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with transport and logistics experience who would like to progress and obtain relevant qualifications.
