Exciting role for a Training Coordinator to join a busy team for a 12 month fixed term contract based in their Crawley office.

Responsible for the company’s course administration and Learning Management System, you will be proactively planning and managing the in-house and on-site customer and staff training. Within the healthcare sector the company’s products are intricate and at the cutting edge of medical technologies making training an essential part of their processes.

This role is the central point of coordination for course bookings and administration. You will be creating, controlling and maintaining training records for both staff and customers. Acting as the primary contact for customer support in this area. Handling data migration between systems accurately. You will also be facilitating visa applications for visiting internal and external parties.

You will be experienced within a similar training role with excellent administration skills and a solid level of customer service. Preferably you will have previously worked within a global matrix organisation and have good working knowledge of the Salesforce system.
