Our client are a leading reputable manufacturer of products to the consumer industry and are seeking an experienced Training and Communications Officer to join their team based with the Rhondda Cynon Taff area.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead and develop a team of complaint handlers.

With a passion for customer service you will be customer focussed with strong problem solving, analytical and planning skills with previous experience of designing and delivering training packages.

Duties will include:

• Receiving and solving complaints from customers
• Providing a first class customer experience
• Work with line managers to identify and assess current and future training needs through job analysis
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
• Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness
• Provide opportunities for ongoing development
• Observe, analyse and report on existing and ongoing sales and administration

Previous experience within a complaints handling role along with training and process development is essential for this role. 

You will have a proven track record in designing and executing training programs and will possess excellent communication and project leadership skills.
