We require a Training Administrator to cover an increased workload on a temporary/ongoing basis. The role will be based on site unless you have strong recent experience in the position. Any training required will be completed onsite.

 

You will be supporting for the following NHS Trust Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust on a full-time basis, though part-time can be considered.

You will work as part of our Training team supporting both the Team on any issues which have People and Training implications. Tasks will include but are not limited to, dealing with training programmes, training issues along with administration tasks required to support our processes so attention to detail is key as your support and guidance will enable the continued development of our high-quality services.

We are looking for someone who is organised and has experience of using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent levels of literacy and accuracy are essential in order to be successful in this role along with high level communication skills and the ability to manage workloads. Previous administration experience and experience of working in a training environment would be desirable.
