REED Human Resources is recruiting a Training Administrator for a market leading FTSE 100 company in the Nottingham area.  They require a maternity cover for 12 months.

Key skills / responsibilities;

- Ensuring all enquiries and orders via telephone, letter and email are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
- Ensuring follow up and courtesy calls to customers are carried out on a timely basis.
- Supporting the Office Manager to liaise with internal/external customers and training instructors in order to build relationships, realizing training objectives and rectifying any problems or issues.
- Support document processing internally and externally as necessary ensuring compliance is up to date
- Investigate and resolve customer queries and problems regarding orders, deliveries and credits and ensure customer complaints are dealt with in a professional and supportive manner

The ideal candidate will have the following;

- Previous experience in a training background 
- Demonstrable customer service skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
