Working nationally and reporting to the L&D Manager this is an exciting opportunity to further your career in Training.  You would be working for a national organisation and therefore there would be the opportunity for considerable travel and over night travel.  

Your core responsibilities will include

- Identification of key learning objectives and training needs
- Plan, design, develop and deliver training products 
- Facilitate, coach and mentor groups and individuals
- Evaluate training, learning and development activities
- Plan and deliver traing through a variety of methods ensuring the most cost effective methods are used
- Develop and manage internal systems and processes to achieve and maintain corporate accreditation 

If you have an excellent knowledge, understanding and experience of training adults then this could be the ideal next role for you. You will need to have at least 3 years experience of design, development and delivery of industry and soft skills training to be considered for this role.
