I am delighted to be working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading specialists in pensions and employee benefits, who are looking for a Trainee Pensions Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a company who strives to be the provider of choice in pensions and employee benefit services, and are committed to providing a professional service, tailored to their clients needs.


As a successful candidate the duties of the role will include:

Maintenance of membership records and other documentation
Project work as directed by Team Leader or Manager
Liaison with Client, Scheme Actuary, Consultants, Providers, Pension Payroll, Members and third parties
Provision of technical information both verbally and in writing
Dealing confidently with member enquiries by phone, email and letter
Ensuring that work is prioritised correctly so that target dates are met


In order to apply you will need to demonstrate that you are:

Able to demonstrate ownership, responsibility and accountability for administration tasks
Be organised, methodical and logical in approach to delegated responsibilities
Able to plan and then be flexible with that plan
Be proactive, having drive and commitment
Able to communicate effectively
Pays attention to detail
Computer literate in the use of MS Office products, such as Excel and Word
Good decision maker, able to recognise the impact of decisions, having good judgment
Willingness to undertake Pensions Management Institute (PMI) exams

In return my client offers a competitive starting salary of £16,000 - £18,000
