The company you will be working for is one of the UK's leading Out of Home media owners. They find innovative ways for brands to meet and engage people while they're out and about.
You will be:
- Providing customer support, handling queries and complaints from members of the public in a friendly, efficient and timely manner.
- Expected to be the first point of contact for any digital issues
- Responsible for gathering and communicating product, service, and system knowledge to the business.
- Responsible for ensuring that all updates are understood and communicated to the business.
- Responsible for issue management, escalations and hand offs to relevant parties.
Role: Tier 1 Technology Support
Hours: 11:00am – 10:00pm including some weekends
Salary: £25,000 plus bonus
