Our Oil & Gas client, who are located in Bridge of Don, are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist / Office Assistant for a temporary period of 1 month with a possibility of this being extended. This is a full-time position working 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours).

Responsibilities include being based on the main reception answering phones, meeting and greeting visitors and issuing ID passes. Opening and sorting incoming mail, photocopying, faxing and franking all outgoing mail. Managing the office stationery, bookings meeting rooms and placing daily sandwich orders.

You will have previous experience working on a reception as the first point of contact. Be able to commence employment immediately (i.e. tomorrow) and be free to work for at least the next month. You must also have excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
