The role will require you to take on a number of Office Management tasks such as the following; Answering the phones, dealing with queries, Making teas and coffees, meeting and greeting guests and supporting the team with any other help or resources they may need.
There will be a time allocated for you to meet with the Office Manager in order for her to hand over to you – an added bonus as you can ask any question you might have!
To be suitable for this role you need to have some previous Receptionist or Office Manager experience and be confident with being in a front of house role where you are the first point of contact for guests coming into the office or calling in.
