An exciting opportunity for a Temporary Assurance Administrator to join a reputable Housing Group in the Insurance Division.

TEMPORARY POSITION IN WARRINGTON: 2 MONTHS WITH THE POSIBILITY OF AN EXTENSION.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the manager and colleagues within the Assurance team. In particular:
• Processing incoming and outgoing email and post
• Support the insurance and disrepairs claims management
• Support the management of internal audit and recommendations
• Maintain accurate records on the Assurance Module within Datix
• Processing invoices
• Assist in the chasing and collation of information and documents for claims and audit management
• Diary management
• Provide cover for holidays
• Filing, scanning and photocopying
2. To set up and monitor insurance and disrepair claims within the Assurance Module on Datix paying close attention to accuracy to ensure records are fully complete.
3. Support the Assurance team, chasing, collating and providing evidence to our insurers and solicitors to manage claims against the Group.
4. Manage claims in line with the relevant Protocols. Reminding the team of deadlines and assisting in the preparation of reports and collation of relevant documentation
5. Input financial data accurately into Datix, so that reporting runs smoothly.
6. Support the team in the management of Audit recommendations, preparing reports, preparation for meetings and chasing responses.
7. Support financial processes within the team including, raising purchase orders, goods received notes, expense and millage claims including requisitioning for all legal Hubs.
8. Prioritise and manage workload, be proactive in setting goals and achieving deadlines.
9. Foster and manage positive and effective working relationships with colleagues and customers, be committed to high standards of customer service and seek continuous improvement.
10. Develop and maintain information systems relevant to the responsibilities of the team, including developing and maintaining electronically held databases and ensuring that all filing systems enable the smooth storage and retrieval of information
11. Maintain policy and procedure guidance for activities undertaken in the team and make suggestions for improvements.
12. Carry out any other reasonable duties which may be identified by the Assurance Officer or Manager within the Assurance Team.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN A GOVERNANCE OR ASSURANCE ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE IS NECESSARY.
