Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about renewals of contracts and switching services
-  Provide advice and information on products and services
- identify customer needs through questioning and gain a clear understanding in order to provide best matched products and services and close the sale
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation and actively investigate and resolve any issues in a satisfactory manner
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales calls, contracts secured and hit KPIs to facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and provide accurate yet brief records and file notes on active and prospective client files
