A position for a Telephone Trainer, has become available on a permanent contract with our client who is based in Peterborough.

You will be confident and vibrant with a passion for customer care, a calm professional manner, attention to detail and accuracy to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities will include

Registration appointments
-To train customers on core communication functionality
-To train customers on App functionality
-To make sure all training given is of the highest quality & standard
-To demonstrate and advise customers of the help facilities available for self help, including Help Site, Guided Tours, videos etc during training.
- To make customers aware of training services and text credit offers.
-To record, track and monitor to closure all onboarding requests on SalesForce (CRM system). Information recorded to be accurate and sufficiently detailed including creation of follow up tasks and/or events, such as registration, training and customer care call etc
- To create a weekly report of any additional tasks dealt with during the week including emails to your personal mailbox, call-backs, transferred calls and appointments completed.
- To provide customers with the correct and most update templates and documents.
- To act as an overflow resource for the inbound support team during peak times


You will have general IT knowledge, experience with Microsoft Office, strong verbal communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
