The title of the role is a Central Delivery Administrator and it will be your responsibility to provide excellent Customer service and support by logging/managing incident tickets and responding to calls and queries regarding their digital displays!
Shift options: 9am to 5.30pm / 1.30pm to 10pm (there are 2 positions so you will stick to one shift option)
You don’t need any specific technical knowledge, but being tech savvy and able to pick up new systems is a bonus as some queries may be complex and you will need to use their specific software’s.
You will be liaising with different departments, including the Sales team and Technical Support, offering any assistance when needed in addition to administrative support.
Customer Service and Administrative experience is a must!
The team is very bubbly, enthusiastic, with great team morale – so you will be part of a lively environment!
You will also have to:
- Create an incident log for each fault and to track and manage the progress of the incident to resolution stage
- Be flexible and be able to prioritise your own workload
- Be competent on all Microsoft packages
