Technical Support/Senior Helpdesk Analyst/Remote Service Desk/IT Support (Windows, Office365, Exchange) looking to work in a busy, technically diverse Service Desk supporting a multi-client environment?

This is your next career move. My client is a growing Managed Service Provider who needs new talent in order to provide Business as Usual Helpdesk support to a number of end clients as well as perform project work.

You will have a can do attitude, happy to take responsibility and get involved in troubleshooting a number of technical issues across Server, Desktop, Messaging and Virtualisation (SharePoint, Office565, O365, Azure, Windows, Exchange, HyperV, VMWare). There will be no restrictions on the tickets in your queue, and my client will welcome applicants who want to learn and enhance their technical knowledge on a daily basis

Satisfy the below requirements and your application will be seriously considered.
• Ideallyou will have experience troubleshooting either Azure, Office365 and/or SharePoint tickets
• Demonstrable experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, hardware and software
• Evidence of troubleshooting Windows 2008/2012 Servers
• Previously supported Exchange 2007/2010/2013
Any additional knowledge of SharePoint, Virtualisation (VMware, HyperV), Symantec BackUp Exec, BlackBerry, and ActiveSync will be a definite benefit
