An international Engineering company are recruiting for a Technical Service Co-coordinator. The company itself have over 2000 employees worldwide covering several manufacturing facilities, 15 offshore Support Centres and over 65 owned service stations.

- Follow up outstanding enquiries and quotations.

-Respond to customer according to established targets.

-Work closely with customers understanding and supporting their requirements.

-Coordinator all service related jobs and product deliveries, register and receive.

- Support and assist Sales in conceptualising and pricing of fleet agreements as well as technical enquires

-To report and take corrective action contribute to sales budgets are achieved and contractual obligations are fulfilled 

-Register and maintain fleet agreement information into the IT systems available

-Follow up complaints/ non compliances through improvement/ complaint system in place

-To gather information required to help investigation and resolution 

-Provide technical support and advise to customers and Sales Department

-To register and maintain fleet agreement information into the IT systems.

-To use customer specific due date information related to safety in order to pro-activity
promote our products and services to any customer and to meet our contractual obligations for signed customers.

-Implement and coordinate specifically nominated safety agreements and/ or Environmental (including Refrigeration) agreements and / or Life raft rental agreements.

-To provide regular feedback on technical, service quality and commercial issues raised by customers to the Technical Service Manager or Customer Service Manager, the respective Account Manager and the Business Stream.




-3+ years experience administration is essential.
-Ideally someone who has worked  in  Engineering/ Marine environment
-Formal education in engineering/ technical studies or relevant work experience would be a great advantage.
-Excellent telephone manner
-Highly organized 
-Good time keeper
