I am currently working for a business that is very well known in the telecommunications industry and they are now looking to expand their team after recently moving to Bracknell. They are now looking for someone to join their operations team as a 1st/2nd line support specialist.

The company is in a growing market with a funky and fun team to work in. Their office is near the local shops and Bracknell's gym which some of their staff even attend on lunch!

Your role will include providing telephone based support and potentially new services including telephone lines, SIP services, web hosting, and resolving any faults on these services. You will also be liaising with suppliers, primary and secondary contracts as required, using remote management tools and providing a high level of customer service.

You will be given on the job training, a great salary, refreshments when required, 20 days' holiday and the opportunity for progression and a company pension!

The days and hours are as follows; Monday-Thursday 9-6pm and Fridays 9-5.30pm every week.

Salary is 18k-21k depending on the candidates' experience!

The ideal candidate would have 1/2 years experience in some of the following - Hosted Telephony, Connectivity, technical support, help desk support, broadband support, hosted voice, or 1st or 2nd line support.
