A well established Accountancy firm is currently seeking a Team Secretary to support a team of 8 senior managers, in their West End office. This role will ideally suit someone who enjoys working in a lively team, and will have a solid administrative background.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Audio and copy typing of reports
- Composing of letters
- Deal with enquiries via email and over the phone
- Maintain and coordinate diaries
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, book meeting rooms etc
- Meeting minutes
- Organise extensive business travel (UK and overseas)
- Prepare materials for presentations
- General administrative support
