An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a Team/Marketing/Commercial assistant to work within a busy department within this large corporate organisation.

To provide organisational/administrative and commercial support to the Established products Partner Markets function & team.

Main duties/responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support, organise travel & complete expense claims (through Concur).
• Compliance to SOP’s, processes, practices and guidelines and aiming towards excellence
• Manage Zinc (Veeva) for medical and marketing - setting up accounts, facilitating partner training, having a tracker of partner materials in use and when re-review needed.
• Manage the receipt of team Monthly Report contributions, receipt of timely Sales & medical reports from partners.
• Manage a Partner communications plan eg. Marketing project timeline management (ownership of collating schedules & commitments to ensure timely communications & planning the yearly agenda)
• Manage the receipt of various data sets from partners & maintenance of databases: MAC approval /status, Partner contact & Med Info contacts lists :Medical eRooms, EMMI database coordination and monthly updates, Demand Planning, Partner Marketing Material Database, Training Database Management, Online material database management (e-rooms ownership).
• Logistics support for internal/external /partner meetings: Neurology, Oncology& Heritage Portfolio cycle meetings.
• Internal stakeholder management across EMEA with team /marketing/department assistants.
• Manage visitors travel, accommodation requirements & input onto Visitor Management System.
• Maintain training and personal details up-to-date via Connect2Learn, support team 




Qualifications and experience required:
• 5 years plus team/admin experience
• Experience working as a team/marketing /commercial assistant
• Excellent Microsoft Office (2003-2010) skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Pharmaceutical industry experience, including an understanding of the terminology of the NHS, EMA and ABPI

• Ability to organise own workload as well as manage timelines in relation to diary management and event organisation
