I am currently recruiting for a Programme Support Team Leader for a company based in Liverpool City Centre.
This is a Permanent job role
Salary - Starting at £25,000
Hours of Work - Monday - Friday - Flexible hours
You will help develop a motivated, engaged and high performing team through effective people management and leadership, committed to delivering a high quality, efficient and clinically sound service.
You’ll build a collaborative and co-operative culture in which individuals work together to achieve shared goals, whilst continually seeking to improve our service. You will assess and evaluate quality and provide performance feedback when needed.
- Up to 10 advisors reporting to you
- Monitor and manage annual leave and sickness
- Manage processes
- Call quality checks
- Provide feedback
- Conduct monthly one to ones
- Provide coaching
- ADHOC duties
Demonstrable experience of working in a performance-orientated environment and performance management.
Demonstrable experience of working to quality standards and managing confidential data.
Demonstrable coaching/ mentoring experience and persuasion/ influencing skills through previous work or social activities.
