Role Summary:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Senior Team (ST). In addition, this role may provide occasional administrative support for Consultants and Associates. The goal is to leverage the ST’s time and to successfully service the clients.
Overall, the Team Assistants (TAs) should work in support of the ST's group, each other, the office, and the company as a whole in a manner consistent with the company's values.

You main duties and responsibilities would be:
• Organizational support to Project Leaders, Principals and their teams
• Be the communication interface to clients and the Consulting Team
• Handle appointment and travel planning
• Organize and coordinate meetings and events
• Create various presentations and other documents
• Organize and update case files
• Compile time sheets, car expenses and other expense reports
• Provide back-up assistance to other support staff members and Reception Desk as needed
• Other ad hoc tasks, as per the Supervisor or Manager request

You should match these criteria:
• Excellent skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Advanced level of written and spoken English
• Advanced level of written and spoken Czech
• University degree is a plus
• Previous administrative/secretarial experience
• Dedication, responsibility, organization talent
