Duties will include formal minute taking, transcribing notes, coordinating meeting arrangements and general administration support for a busy and friendly team. You will be expected to deal with customer complaints and enquiries in an efficient and courteous manner. The role will require you to compose internal and external correspondence, project highlight reports, collate and undertake basic data analysis using spreadsheets, tables, proofread documents, and produce presentations to a high standard as required.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, show strong attention to detail and have the ability to multitask, follow instructions and handle a varied workload. It is essential that the candidate is flexible, a team player and have a positive hard working approach.
