My client is a successful wealth management practice based in Guildford. They work closely with their clients to provide them with outstanding and innovate services, personalised to their needs.
My client is seeking a Team Administrator to provide effective administrative and front of house support to the office.
Duties as Followed:
First point of contact with all clients, including general queries and office visits.
Handle day to day client queries and administrative matters
Diary management, organising meetings & events
Organise production of client meeting packs and referrer packs for meetings
Maintain / update accurate client data on databases.
Help ensure portfolios are loaded and set up correctly
Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the Office Director/Investment Manager.
Skills and Experience required:
Preferably minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience, ideally but not essentially within an investment environment
Good attention to detail
Prioritises and manages time effectively
Excellent telephone manner
Organised and able to carry out task effectively
