The position is to start immediately and is ongoing until approx March 2018.
Booking in training for Office 365 to all applicable users
Liaise with the trainer to ensure the timeliness and the appropriateness of the training
Manage the invitation of training delegates onto courses
Book training venues
Provide reports on the training schedule
Manage the publication of training material
Raising change requests to the IT team
Liaise with the IT operations team to confirm with IT change process
Present regular updates to the project team, managing expectations and influencing positive outcomes
Skills and Experience required:
Strong organisational skills
Strong knowledge of MS packages
Can do attitude - an ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Outgoing and positive attitude
Successfully worked in a team based environment with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver to agreed targets
