A fantastic opportunity has arrisen for a Team Administrator to work for a leading broadcasting company based in Salford Quays. Please note, you must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role to be considered.

Role Responsibility
Assist the Senior Account Managers and Account Managers in supporting corporate partners over the Appeal period, as required
Provide logistical and organisational support for a number of key activities
Support with communications, collateral and information gathering for corporate partners, as required
Be a point of contact for requests from small corporate fundraising partners

The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an Administrator with a proven track record of coordinating multiple projects in a support role. You will be experienced at coordinating stakeholders at every level and developing good working relationships. Experience of working as part of a fast paced team is desirable, as is experience in either the creative or charity sector. You will be extremely organised, used to juggling and prioritising tasks and self motivated. You will be supported by a friendly team environment and provided with the resources to be successful in your role.

An Administrator will be expected to perform any of the following tasks:
• Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
• Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
• Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
• Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Provides information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
