Reed Education are currently recruiting for a Primary Teaching Assistant for our primary school client based in Bridgend. This post will be starting in January and will be working on a long term basis.
About the role…
Working on a long term basis, this post will be working within the schools special resource base and will require the successful Primary Teaching Assistant to provide educational support and care to pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD). The pupils you will be supporting will be in years 3 to 6.

The school are large inclusive primary school based in the heart of Bridgend. The school provide education and support to pupils from Nursery to Year 6 and outdoor learning is a key aspect of their provision.
To be successful in this post, you will:
• Have previous experience of supporting pupils within both mainstream classes and SEN
• Have clear and developed strategies to ensure consistent differentiation across the curriculum
• Ability to differentiate to facilitate all learners including ALN
• Committed to inclusion and promoting exemplary standards of teaching and learning
• Creative, well-organised, flexible, motivated and passionate
