You must be determined to create and adhere to "Best Practice" recruitment methods, you must also be able to create and manage a full recruitment process as well as induction training sessions so a HR qualification would be very desirable.
We are not looking for just any recruiter - you must be a leader, able to manage the team as well as the recruitment process of the business. In addition to this the successful candidate will need to be able to identify weaknesses, set out improvement plans and assist in all general HR related duties.
Sitting back and responding to applicants is not an option, you will have to be hands on - constantly sourcing for new candidates that will suite all areas of the business, assisting senior managers in creating job descriptions and have a strong knowledge of how to effectively market the roles to maximise opportunities.
So - Proven team management, recruitment and HR skills are required for this role, in return you will receive a generous basic, commission earnings paid monthly and quarterly, a company phone and Car as well as a generous pension and life assurance.
