Our IT Consultancy client based in East London are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to work in a team of 4 on a permanent basis. On offer is a base salary of £28,000 with the chance to earn bonus taking the potential total earning to around £40,000.
What does the role entail?
As Talent Acquisition Advisor reporting in to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be speaking with exceptional graduates, attracting them in to graduate schemes where they will be developed by the business and placed in to the top investment banks. You will work closely with the university partnership manager helping to grow the talent pool, as well as advertising through various media and job boards to help attract the best graduates and headhunting through the likes of LinkedIn too (up to 70% currently brought in through this method)
What skills will you have?
To be considered for this Talent Acquisition Advisor role you must have a background in Tech recruitment similar to that listed above and be able to confidently discuss back end or java development roles with ease, whilst attracting the right people.
