Our IT Consultancy client based in East London are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to manage a team of 4 and drive performance. On offer for this permanent role is a base salary of £45,000 with the chance to earn bonus taking the potential total earning to £60,000 - £70,000
What does the role entail?
As Talent Acquisition Manager reporting in to the Head of Talent you will be managing, leading and developing a team of 4 Recruiters as well as leading by example and being hands on with recruiting too. You will be speaking with exceptional graduates, attracting them in to graduate schemes where they will be developed by the business and placed in to the top investment banks. You will develop the team, setting Kpi targets, running team meetings, growing the team and also conducting the reviews and appraisals. You will work closely with the university partnership manager helping to grow the talent pool, as well as advertising through various media and job boards to help attract the best graduates and headhunting through the likes of LinkedIn too (up to 70% currently brought in through this method)
What skills will you have?
To be considered for this Talent Acquisition Manager role you must have a background in Tech recruitment and be able to confidently discuss back end or java development roles with ease, whilst attracting the right people. You may be looking for your first step in to management or you may already look after a small team, however you must be able to get the best out of a team.
