REED HR are currently working with one of our Public Service clients, we are recruiting for highly experienced talented HR professional. You will be part of a wider recruitment team with specific areas of focus:

THE ROLE:
- Your brief is to bring about improvements in the recruitment service, identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and also the vacancy managers experience of the service we deliver.
- Identify and implement interventions which can reduce time to hire.
- Improve guidance to vacancy managers.
- Improve management information reporting, putting in place a means of reporting on key recruitment activity.
Also deliver a small number of recruitment campaigns
THE PERSON:
At least 3-5 years’ experience in an inhouse recruitment role
Experience of delivering complex recruitment campaigns.
Influencing and communication skills with the ability to develop successful relationships with your stakeholders. Under pinned by sound analytical skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively using a variety of media.
Experience of developing, improving, and delivering a recruitment service in a changing environment, leading others to deliver.
Experience of developing and producing MI to enable management of recruitment performance.
This role will initially be working from home and you must have your own IT equipment.
