REED HR are currently working with our successful Software client based in Slough, Berkshire with their need for a Permanent Talent Acquisition Manager to join the HR team on a permanent basis.

Job Purpose

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Manager will play a vital role in delivering a first-class recruitment service to the EMEA management team of the business. You will be accountable for and drive recruitment campaigns and align recruitment strategy to business objectives.

This role would suit an experienced recruiter from either an internal recruitment or agency background. Experience recruiting in the IT/Sales/Finance industry would be advantageous. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential roles and support hiring managers by conducting effective recruitment needs analysis
• Create job descriptions and person specifications to match role requirements
• Select appropriate methods of recruitment by considering the current market, previous campaigns, past successes and failures
• Write and design compelling job adverts to attract talented candidates to apply
• Create, negotiate and build strong relationships with recruitment partners, to guarantee a well qualified pool of candidates
• Source relevant and qualified candidates for all open vacancies across EMEA
• Use of LinkedIn and other recruitment methods including Social Media to headhunt compatible candidates
• Posting roles on the web and managing direct applications
• Scheduling of all interview processes, working closely with all hiring managers across EMEA
• Provide managers with recruitment progress updates on a weekly basis
• Conduct benchmarking activities and salary reviews to ensure that reward packages are competitive in the market
• Complete thorough referencing for all potential employees to include background checks
• Evaluate and advise external employer branding on social media sites such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor & corporate website
• Work within corporate guidelines, ensuring that the Recruitment & Selection Policies & Procedures are adhered to
• Take accountability and ownership for the entire recruitment process, from initial contact with the candidate through to the on boarding creation and reviews
• Ensure all recruitment activity is tracked and well documented according to local data protection laws
