Supported Living Housing Manager (Part Time 2.5 days)
Pay rate - £30k Pro Rata + mileage and expenses
Location – Leeds
Permanent

We have an excellent opportunity for a Part Time Supported Living Housing Manager, based in Leeds. This is a Permanent position, and you will be required to drive to different location within Leeds. You will be working closely with Partner organisations, in the provision of housing and support to tenants.

You will need to have experience of:
Directly managing and supervising the work of Supported Living Housing officers
Ensuring that all schemes and managed in accordance with any specific requirements
Excellent knowledge and understanding of legislations, as well as ensuring the team are up to date with their knowledge as well.
Supporting staff with more complex housing management issues
Working closely with Service Commissioners in Tackling long term void properties

You will be required to have:
• Previous Experience as a Supported living Housing Manger
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
