REED Contracts are pleased to be recruiting for a Support Officer position for a large public sector organisation, based in Liverpool City Centre.
This is an excellent temporary opportunity to join a forward thinking and autonomous team.
The duties include:
- Provide administrative support to different teams where needed
- Accurate data input
- Proof reading documents prior to submitting them to the relevant teams
- Accurate input of financial data to excel
- Work closely with security to check new recruits have cleared checks prior to starting
- Co-ordinate calendars for meetings
- File electronic documents accurately
The ideal candidate:
- Drive to ensure administrative tasks are carried out accurately
- Excellent organisation skills
- Advanced Excel, Powerpoint and Office 365
- Excellent relationship building skills
You will be working remotely for the duration of this assignment.
This is a brilliant opportunity with an excellent hourly pay rate, which will be agreed based on your experience.
