My client is looking for an experienced Support Administrator to join there fact paced busy team. The role is to assist in the customer service to there clients by ensuring a high quality administration process in a professional manner.
You will have:
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication skills (telephone manner, email response)
- Good attention to detail
This role is very varied and diverse. Some of the main responsibilities include:
- Using bespoke systems
- General administration
- Liaising with suppliers
- Weekly reporting
- Invoice auditing
