There really is a lot of uncertainty about pretty much everything at the minute but our schools are recruiting for September and we live in hope that we'll be phasing back to normal as planned... crowded assembly halls, noisy classrooms & children full of enthusiasm ready to learn again.
That means we need to keep talking about new opportunities and adding to our supply bubbles ready for schools reopening so I'm currently looking for some great Supply Teachers to join our talent pool.
Type of roles: Supply Teacher - Special Needs: Primary & Secondary - both Class Teacher and Subject Specialists
Type of schools: Various specialist provisions including ASD, SEMH, PMLD, MLD and PRU
Vacancies: There will be a mix of permanent and supply work (both long term or daily, depending on what suits you)
Salary: Schools recruit using the Surrey pay scale, starting c.£110+ per day depending on the requirement
Supply: Ideally you'll be able to commit to 3-5 days per week
Of course, there are some of the obvious requirements to be mindful of:
- Qualified Teacher Status (or unqualified with experience where appropriate)
- DBS Certificate
- Good behaviour management
- Experience teaching special educational needs (either national curriculum or adjusted)
- A sense of humour
Interested? If so, apply today and I’ll be in touch to discuss!
