About the Employer
My client is a successful high-end jewellery company in the London area, recruiting for an excellent job as a Supply Chain Coordinator. You will have the opportunity to work with a number industry recognised suppliers from all over the world, and some truly beautiful products.

About the Role
Your duties will include supporting the wholesale accounts team with order processing, stock control, and supplier liaison. You will work alongside the Business Development Manager, who will support you and oversee your work. From time to time you will need to assist with general administration tasks to support the wholesale function. You will also have the opportunity to truly represent the brand and deal with customer directly, to resolve any issues and ensure they receive the best possible service. Your role within the company will be key to the departments’ success and daily operation.
You will be working in an energetic, luxury office environment with a collaborative, personable team. The nearby high street is home to plenty of cafés and shops for lunch and general conveniences (not to mention all the fabulous boutiques for shopping!).
Throughout your journey with the business you will receive support in order to hit your career goals. You will be mentored by the MD, Key Accounts team and Business Manager, as well as receiving full training to ensure your future development within the business.

Ideal Candidate
You will be a bright, self-sufficient University Graduate, ideally with previous experience in a similar role, looking for your next move. Everyone in this business is committed to delivering a high quality product to the highest standard, and also buy in to the companies’ fundamental values of a strong work ethic for maximum reward. You will be used to building customer relationships, be proficient in MS Excel, have a real head for numbers, and consider multitasking to be one of your assets. You will relish working within a team environment, work well under pressure, and pride yourself on your high level organisation skills, time management, and exceptional attention to detail.

Salary Permanent Negotiable dependent on experience
