An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an expanding business who work within the pharmaceutical field,

As supply chain business partner, you will build a strong partnership with the supply chain team in France and the local sales and marketing team to ensure product availability in order to meet market demand.  You will be responsible for preparing product forecasts to ensure stock availability at all times and minimising stock shortages.

Lead, develop and maintain 12-months rolling forecast for all products.

Work closely with the group planner in France to validate forecast and production schedule.

Schedule monthly meeting with key distributors in order to validate the 12-month rolling forecast and convert the immediate 3 months forecast into firm orders.

Manage stock and carry out quarterly stock count to verify stock on hand, and inform management of short dated products and their financial impact on P&L.

Coordinate resolution of customer service inquires related to order changes, shipment tracking, shipping discrepancies, and logistics complaints.

Work closely with the UK sales and marketing team to ensure future promotions, new products, and product discontinuations have been built into the rolling forecast.

Work closely with transport partners and custom agents to arrange shipments from France to the UK, and from the UK to Ireland (North and South) ensuring full compliance with the post-Brexit regulations.

Process Data Loggers for temperature monitoring for outbound shipments; maintains necessary support documentation.

Compiles and coordinates completion of import and export documents required for shipping including pro forma, commercial invoice, customs invoice, manual packing list, COA, letters required.

Prepares reports including but not limited to, pending orders, sales, backorders, KPI’s, & logistics reports.

Compile forecast and customer order information and advises customers and sales managers of ship dates and order status and modifications to both as required.

Support the management team in delivering quarterly sales forecast and the annual 4-year budget.

Coordinate shipments of product samples to customers.

Degree Educated or CIPS studier or qualified or similar
