As a Supplier Relationship Manager you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing suppliers in a B2B capacity.

The SRM role is a B2B inside sales position with supplier acquisition and account management responsibilities. SRM’s primarily use multi-media channels (e.g., digital presentations, OB & IB calls, email, and chat) to acquire new market participants and grow supplier relationships.

Position – Supplier Relationship Manager (Inside Sales)

Location - Bristol office based

Salary - £35k basic doe, pension, healthcare, dental. And the unique opportunity to earn equity within the company

Uncapped commission (OTE 10k in commission in the first 12 months)

We Are Looking For People Who Can

Build and maintain great relationships with existing suppliers
Strong skills in using Microsoft suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
3+ years B2B sales experience
Fluently speak and understand Turkish
Capacity to adapt quickly within a dynamic sales program
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Use the technology available to plan and record all activities
Strong selling, negotiating and consulting skills
Strong customer service, interpersonal and analytical abilities
Ability to adapt within a dynamic sales environment
Acquire new market participants (and retain existing participants)
Be a self-starter / Manage own time and workload
Communicate effectively (oral and written)
Be Driven and ambitious
Possess a “can do attitude” and desire to hit challenging targets Understand financial concepts such as interest rates, APR, working capital, EBITDA, liquidity, cash conversion cycles, etc.
