Working 42 weeks of the year to include term time and enrolement. The salary is therefore pro ratad from a full time salary. Working 36 hours per week.
The role involves acting as deputy to the Head of Student Services, providing leadership support to the team, acting as first point of contact and providing and maintaining accurate reports of information relating to the learners and provide data to the head of student support services.
Monitor students at risk, student progress, achievements and outcomes.Be part of the student safe guarding schemes.
You should have experience of Post 16 education, work with learners, engaging learners into positive behaviours, have knowledge of welfare rights, knowledge of current grants. You should have experience of leading a team and have excellent verbal and written communication with staff, students parents, carers and external agencies.
