Our local Leicester based client are keen to appoint a customer Service Administration Assistant to join their small team for a temporary position. This position will be full-time 37 hours working Monday to Friday 8 - 5pm.
This position has been created to help support the trade counter with customer service and Administration tasks mainly consisting of dealing and speaking to both customers and suppliers over the telephone and face to face. dealing with all the office Administration tasks generated for the trade counter.
The ideal applicant will need to have excellent customer Service skills with good communication and organisational skills, plus knowledge a of all MS packages including Word and Excel. Strong Administration skills and the ability to complete various tasks across any day would be beneficial.
