We are currently looking for SEN teaching assistants for schools in Slough and Maidenhead. Previous experience of working in SEN/support is also a requirement. As a SEN Assistant you will work 1-1 and in small groups with children who have either challenging behaviour, ADHD or Autism.
As a SEN Assistant you must have an aptitude to work with young people and use your interpersonal skills to engage them in school and social activities. Your role will be to monitor their progress and to help them achieve their goals in school.
The ability to teach and help with life skills is also a key part of this role.
